Eastwood City is Home to Latest BPO Firm
Talent 2 is among the leading BPO companies operating in the Asia Pacific region and holds expertise in the field of human resources. On 21st March, 2016, the company opened its largest facility in none other than Quezon City.
The global HR services managing director of Talent 2, Mary Sue Rogers, was reported saying that the firm has picked the Philippines for their biggest facility only because it has a large pool of talented HR personnel. Further, the company believes that the quality of operations and cultural fit is better when compared to India.
By the end of 2017, Talent 2 is looking to hire 500 qualified and experienced HR workers in its new office. This is a 3,000-square meter, state-of-the-art shared service center, located in the Techno Plaza 2 building, Eastwood City Cyber Park. The Quezon City office will offer direct services to clients from various nations including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
The majority of the employees who have been working in the Makati office have been shifted to this new facility, in addition to the 130 newly hired personnel. The company has 46 offices spread across 19 nations in the world.
