Emapta expands in Metro Manila to meet global demand

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Emapta has opened a new dedicated staffing hub at SM North EDSA Tower 2 in northern Metro Manila, marking its 11th Greater Manila location and 16th across the Philippines.
According to a company press release, the new site, Emapta’s 24th global talent hub, extends the company’s recruitment reach to professionals in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Central Luzon.
Rapid workforce growth drives Manila footprint expansion
Emapta’s dedicated offshore staffing model enables international companies to build teams that function as extensions of their business, with Emapta managing recruitment, operations, and employment compliance across the Philippines.
Global demand for Philippine offshore professionals has grown substantially, driven by companies in North America, Europe, and Australia seeking skilled teams for accounting, information technology (IT), customer service, and engineering roles.
The new office reflects Emapta’s strategy of opening sites in areas of high talent concentration to shorten hiring timelines and improve delivery for global clients.
“Since 2020, Emapta has grown from approximately 6,500 employees to more than 13,000, while expanding from serving a base of 500-plus clients to more than 1,200 businesses worldwide. This growth reflects our strong track record of execution in helping provide specialized talent to help global businesses scale with confidence,” said Natalie Davies, Chief People and Customer Officer at Emapta.
“Our expanded presence in Greater Manila reinforces our long-term investment in the Philippines while creating meaningful career opportunities for Filipino professionals,” Davies added.
Philippines anchors a growing global network
Emapta has also opened recent locations in India, the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, with a Mexico office set to open before the end of 2026.
The Philippines, home to 16 Emapta locations, remains the company’s largest single-country footprint and primary offshore talent hub.
Greater Manila accounts for 11 of those Philippine sites, reflecting sustained demand from global clients for Metro Manila-based dedicated staffing capacity.
Emapta’s offshore staffing model positions it as a business process outsourcing (BPO) delivery partner for international businesses scaling out of the Philippines. The expansion into northern Metro Manila reflects rising demand for offshore staffing infrastructure beyond established central business districts as talent pools in traditional BPO hubs tighten.
For global companies building dedicated offshore teams, Emapta’s new Greater Manila location adds access to a high-value talent corridor spanning Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and surrounding provinces.
