Firstsource Group USA completes acquisition of ISGN Solutions
Firstsource Group USA, the wholly owned subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Ltd, has completed its acquisition of ISGN Solutions, the business process outsourcing (BPO) services unit of ISGN Solutions. Firstsource, which has operations in India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, the UK and the US, will continue to use the ISGN Solutions brand even after the acquisition. Amit Kothiyal, CEO of ISGN, said the completion of the sale enables ISGN to focus on delivering next-generation technology built on over three decades of expertise to its customers. Firstsource is a global provider of customized business process management services to the banking & financial services, insurance, telecommunications, media and publishing and healthcare sectors.
