Five BPO firms sign up for first inter-BPO basketball tournament in Cebu
Teams from five business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in Cebu – Accenture, Tech Mahindra, SSI, Optum, and Sykes – are vying for the first-ever DH25 Inter-BPO Basketball Tournament. The tournament is spearheaded by Philippine professional basketball star Dondon Hontiveros. Under the tournament rules, four teams will advance to the semifinal round with the number one seed going up against the number four and the number three taking on the fourth-ranked squad. Semifinal winners will collide in the title round, which will be played in a best-of-three games.
