Iloilo City remains in the radar of foreign BPO investors

Iloilo city remains as a center for BPO expansion despite slowing down in Metro Manila.
An increase in the demand for office space in the city is mainly fueled by the BPO industry. This is according to the second quarter 2017 report of Colliers International.
The report said, “The city has remained in the radar of foreign BPO investors.”
It is also noticeable that the buildings completed back in 2016 are almost fully leased. Colliers’ report also showed that educational institutions made Iloilo the center for learning in the Visayas and made Iloilo a very viable area for businesses.
Colliers believes that demand for BPO spaces will most likely continue given the aggressive promotion being done by the local government.
