iQor opens 3rd facility in Trinidad and Tobago

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider iQor further expands in Trinidad and Tobago with the opening of its third location in the country.
Located in the city of Chaguanas, the new office is projected to increase the company’s local workforce to approximately 2,000 people, including over 200 bilingual employees.
Minister of Trade and Industry Paula Gopee-Scoon said that IQor’s latest expansion shows its confidence in the country as a “profitable and practical investment destination.”
iQor’s Country manager Dr. William Huggins said that the new office will provide a wide range of services — including omnichannel support, powered by the latest digital technologies including intelligent automation, conversational AI, and speech analytics.
Huggins also disclosed that iQOR is ready to provide the right resources and training to its young recruits.
Visiting iQor executive Terri Robertson, vice president of operations, told the media that in less than seven years the Company has been able to leverage local talent to create 18 lines of business.
