Mabuhay tower CBP to cater to BPO firms, digital entrepreneurs

Leechiu Property Consultants said its Mabuhay Tower CBP (Cebu Business Park) will cater to the office space needs of the BPO industry and entrepreneurs in software development and web marketing serving clients overseas. The 17-story tower, which recently received Philippine Economic Zone Authority certification, is scheduled for completion in early 2020.
According to Phillip Anonuevo, executive director for Leechiu Property Consultants, Cebu is a more cost-effective business destination for players in the BPO space, adding that these firms appreciate the city’s highly skilled, English-speaking talent pool, given that Cebu is an educational hub in the Visayas. The new office tower is a sequel to Mabuhay Tower in the Cebu IT Park, which was completed in the first quarter of 2018 and is currently occupied mainly by BPO firms serving the needs of small and medium enterprises in key global capitals.
