Michael DeJager, principal analyst and divisional director at Customer Contact Week, said being chosen as a finalist recognizes a company’s forward-thinking approach and innovation, as the CCW Excellence Awards honor the best and brightest in customer contact. He said Qualfon submitted an application that showed its ability to promote powerful cultural synergy with clients.
DeJager added that the firm has adopted a very strategic approach when addressing common BPO challenges that include attrition rates, speed, flexibility, responsiveness and performance consistency. Leading BPO companies were evaluated based on information they supplied explaining how they are tackling these challenges, as well as client testimonials that demonstrate their level of satisfaction with the services rendered, among other things.
