Sitel Philippines sealed a sponsorship deal for the recently concluded “Contact Islands”, the annual industry conference of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). The event, which was held in Boracay Island, discussed the value and role of the Philippine contact center industry in transforming and amplifying the customer experience for clients around the globe. During the event, Sitel executives discussed the topics Customer Journey Mapping; Enhanced Analytics for Personalized Customer Experience; and Using Technology to Better Manage Talent. The 2017 CCAP conference carried the theme “The Future of Customer Experience”.
