Success of UP graduates in BPO Company
Teleperformance, the leading provider of outsourced omnichannel customer experience management services congratulated its 2 employees who recently graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
Financial difficulties are one of the major roadblocks that stop people from reaching their dreams. Karla Gonzales had a dream of attaining a Civil Engineering degree from UP. She got through school with flying colors. To study in her dream college UP, she needed to find work to support her family and pay her college fees. She found out that BPO service provider Teleperformance Ayala had an account that caters to students working part time.
She started working there and the BPO service company supported her by giving her experience and suitable work timings. She excelled and passed out of college and was the valedictorian of her batch.
Mark Gil Gato also had a similar story. Marks family was struggling financially. After passing the entrance test for UP, he took up a job in BPO service provider Teleperformance Ayala. He was surprised by the support he received from the company to complete his degree.
Teleperformance Philippines vice president for human resource Rachel Cacabelos congratulated Mark and Karla for their hard work and courage. She also said that the Teleperformance was proud of what they had achieved.
