Talkdesk appoints new Senior VP of International
Global cloud contact center leader Talkdesk recently announced the appointment of David Paulding as its new Senior Vice President of International.
In a statement, Talkdesk said that they are looking forward to Paulding’s leadership in the sales team efforts of the company’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Latin American, and Asia Pacific (APAC) operations.
Paulding has over two decades of international sales experience, working with some of the world’s leading brands across the financial, retail, outsourcing, and technology sectors.
Before his appointment, he previously served as Chief Sales Officer at CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions provider Odigo where he was responsible for the overall business plan and revenue expansion through direct and indirect channels.
He also worked as the Vice President of Global Sales at Capgemini and held sales and leadership positions with Genesys and Interactive Intelligence.
“David has deep knowledge of the CX industry and regional nuances and requirements, particularly in key vertical sectors. His experience in building diverse sales teams across geographies, and helping businesses leverage technology to achieve tangible outcomes, will prove invaluable to the success of our customers and our continued momentum.” said Takdesk Chief Revenue Officer Shane Evans.
Meanwhile, Paulding commented that he is looking forward “to contributing to the company’s mission and driving further exponential growth.”
