TCS recognized as top employer again
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was again named as one of the ‘Top Three Employers’ in North America by the Top Employers Institute. This is the fourth consecutive year TCS has been certified as a Top Employer in the US and the third consecutive year for TCS in Canada. The criteria in assessing TCS’ strong employee offerings included talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and company culture. Sury Kant, TCS President for North America, UK and Europe welcomed the recognition as she underscored that its workforce is the company’s strongest asset.
