Transcosmos China one of Shanghai’s most aspiring employers
transcosmos China, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IT services firm transcosmos inc., was chosen as one of the top ten Shanghai Most Aspiring Employers at the 2019 China Best Employer Award. The event was organized by top recruitment website zhaopin.com in partnership with Peking University Social Survey Research Center, the Chinese Labor and Economic Association, and the Harvard Business Review.
The 2,588 nominated firms were evaluated based on several factors such as employee votes, HR professional votes, experts’ assessments, and company qualifications. transcosmos China received high ratings from its employees for its good working environment, friendly relations in the workplace, active atmosphere, excellent employee benefits package, and overwhelming brand equity.
