Uzbekistan opens a BPO hub for U.S. freight dispatch
TASHKENT, UZBEKISTAN — DMGB LOG SERVICE has launched business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Uzbekistan’s Jizzakh region under the IT Park Uzbekistan framework, providing dispatching services for United States interstate freight transportation.
The launch took place on July 29, 2026, in Jizzakh, with Ozod Bobomurodov, adviser to the Jizzakh governor on digital technologies and AI, Jahongir Kagirov, Export Development Director at IT Park Uzbekistan, and Makhmud Giyosov, head of the Jizzakh regional Ministry of Digital Technologies, among the officials present.

According to opening with 26 specialists and planning to expand to 100, UzDaily.uz, DMGB LOG SERVICE delivers coordinating and management services for interstate freight transportation across the United States — a BPO vertical that requires English-language communication, logistics software operation, and coverage aligned to U.S. business hours.
IT Park Uzbekistan residency gives DMGB LOG SERVICE access to the framework’s infrastructure support, tax incentives, and institutional backing — the same program through which Uzbekistan has built a recognized software development export sector in Tashkent.
The Jizzakh launch is geographically significant: IT Park Uzbekistan is extending digital services export capacity to a provincial city rather than concentrating growth in the capital — a deliberate expansion of the country’s BPO geography beyond Tashkent.
