The Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) has named Lexmark Cebu as 2016 Best Shared Services Team in Asia, besting other shared services companies in 10 Asian countries. SSSON recognized Lexmark Cebu’s culture of continuous improvement that enables effective process alignment and people development. SSON’s Shared Services & Outsourcing Excellence Awards is a globally recognized, annual industrial award program that honors and celebrates shared services centers and service delivery teams that have exceeded industry standards in their shared services and outsourcing initiatives. Lexmark Cebu also received an honorable mention for Best in Culture Creation for the company’s efforts to change its culture into a world-class, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
