Datamatics honored in Gartner’s ‘voice of the customer’ report

IT and BPM company Datamatics Global Services Ltd. (DGSL) announced that it has been recognized in the Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ report on robotic process automation (RPA) software. Datamatics received a 90% mean percentage for “Willingness to Recommend”, the highest among all RPA software vendors. Datamatics was assessed for its TruBot product, an enterprise grade, multi-skilled RPA product that automates a range of repetitive and rule-based processes. Trubot obtained an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 as of June 30, based on 126 reviews.
Datamatics was also named a Customers’ Choice for Robotic Process Automation Software by Gartner Peer Insights in July, a distinction that recognizes vendors who are highly rated by their customers. Mitul Mehta, SVP and head of marketing and communications at DGSL, said peer reviews are the topmost influencing factor in any market and the report will be a ready reckoner for enterprise customers in their RPA journey. The Gartner “Voice of the Customer” report gathers customer reviews from the Gartner Peer Insights portal to get insight into existing customers’ views of a vendor’s product.
