AboitizLand’s mixed-use project to host BPO firms
AboitizLand has just completed its new industry city, Lima, in Batangas. The 607-hectare mixed-use project, which compromises residences, offices, and retail shops, will soon host developments such as business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, dormitories, schools, hospitals, and churches, creating a fully integrated community where Filipino families can work, live, and play in one location. The project boasts over 80 businesses in its industrial sector, more than 60 retailers in its commercial space, and three enclaves in The Villages at Lipa. The Lima Industrial Park, considered the largest industrial property in the region, is expected to boost the province’s economic activity and local employment. The Outlets at Lipa, the country’s largest outlet mall, features pocket parks, outdoor dining, and an Olympic-sized multi-sport field. It is also home to the Lima Exchange, which consists of a department store, supermarket, drugstore, and retail shops. Meanwhile, The Villages at Lipa is a residential area with residences inspired by the “bahay na bato.” Currently open to the market are the Brook and Sierra villages, which are equipped with modern amenities and facilities.
