The successful integration of human skills and artificial intelligence capabilities in the business process outsourcing sector could result in more profitability, according to an industry study conducted by Accenture The report said automation in information and communication, manufacturing and financial services may result in a 38% rise in profitability by 2035 and result in USD14tr in additional gross value added. Given these findings, Accenture said businesses need to act now by optimising processes with intelligent automation.
