Atrium acquires Gibbs Hybrid, expands global footprint

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Atrium, a New York-based talent solutions firm, announced its acquisition of a majority interest in Gibbs Hybrid, an IT and business services company headquartered in London.
The acquisition will facilitate the expansion of Atrium’s talent and workforce management solutions to international clients and integrate Gibbs Hybrid’s Contingent Program Management and Total Talent Management offerings.
As companies redefine their workforce strategies amidst rapid changes, this partnership seeks to leverage the combined strength of Atrium and Gibbs Hybrid in delivering flexible, data-driven, and custom-designed workforce solutions.
Rebecca Cenni-Leventhal, founder and CEO of Atrium, emphasized that the alignment of core values and shared passion for customer service between both companies make Gibbs Hybrid a natural fit for Atrium.
“As a WBENC-certified company, joining forces with Europe’s largest MSDUK-certified minority woman-owned business will further empower us collectively in our Forward Together mission to champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,” Cenni-Leventhal added.
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women entrepreneurs.
“Being a minority women-owned business, we understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce and the supply chain. By joining the Atrium family, we can continue to help our customers build inclusive teams that drive success, guidance, and mentorship, and more importantly, become role models for our industry,” commented Farida Gibbs, Founder and CEO of Gibbs Hybrid.
The acquisition broadens Atrium’s presence across the globe, adding offices in London, Ireland, Poland, and Luxembourg to its existing North American operations.
Atrium provides specialized talent solutions and custom workforce management solutions to some of the world’s largest brands.
