BPO industry continues to propel office market – CBRE
Property advisor CBRE Philippines said in its Q4 2015 Marketview Report that high demand from foreign locators through the outsourcing business industry continued to propel the country’s office market. It added that the Philippines also has one of the cheapest rental rates and highest yields in Asia. The country, it said, continues to be a top choice for foreign locaters due to the excellent pool and the low cost of skilled labor and outstanding customer service. In its report, CBRE said the country’s Philippine markets ended 2015 on a high note. CBRE noted that listed Philippine developers increased their inventories of shopping malls, office buildings, hotel rooms and townships.
