Cognizant Named Leader For AI Services
Digital solutions firm Cognizant has been named by IDC as Leader in the new IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Artificial Intelligence Services 2019 Vendor Assessment report. The report said Cognizant got a high rating in its strategies around skills and platforms, and in its delivery automation capabilities. It also noted the company’s AI and analytics practice, which adopts a human-centric approach in delivering AI solutions for specific business outcomes.
Karthik Krishnamurthy, Cognizant’s head of digital business global markets, said they work with businesses which want to use new AI technologies to help them realize new value where insights are generated at machine learning speed, using unparalleled computational power for unprecedented outcomes.
The report, however, pointed out that Cognizant needs to improve its marketing and sales strategies. The report evaluates 12 global AI service provides based on customer feedback, and quantitative and qualitative market data gathered by IDC MarketScape.
