Concentrix Philippines holds 1st tree planting event
As one of its core CSR initiatives, Concentrix Philippines traveled to the La Mesa Nature Reserve in Quezon City for its first ever tree-planting activity. Concentrix volunteers from different Metro Manila sites gathered for half a day tree-planting and for a team-building event. The Concentrix employees, assisted by the La Mesa Park staff, successfully bedded down 400 plants by lunchtime. Concentrix has also championed other endeavors like waste segregation and energy conservation such as the air-conditioning automation project of its newer sites. Last April, the company headed a fun run that earned more than USD1,000 in donations for the World Wildlife Fund among other beneficiaries.
