Convey Health Solutions, a specialized healthcare technology and business process outsourcing firm, has partnered with New Mountain Capital in the US. The partnership will seen New Mountain bringing best-in-class technology and solutions to Convey’s customers. New Mountain Capital is a growth-oriented investment firm that currently manages over USD15bn in assets. Convey, which operates centers in Florida, Arizona, Illinois, and the Philippines, provides technology solutions for government-sponsored health insurance plans. It provides clients with healthcare-specific, compliant member support solutions utilizing technology, engagement, and analytics. Steve Farrell, CEO of Convey, said he anticipates having more resources to help the company continue to enhance its services and to deliver even more value to its customers.
