Indian Datamatics Global Services, a global provider of IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has incorporated a new entity named Datamatics Global Services Corp in the Philippines. The move is part of Datamatics’ efforts to expand clientele and presence in the Asian region. The incorporation immediately sent Datamatics’s stock jumping by 2.10% on the Bombay Stock Exchange in India. Datamatics provides information technology, engineering solutions, and outsourcing services to several Fortune 500 companies.
