Dumaguete townscape to include BPO office space
Real estate developer Filinvest’s 1.9-hectare townscape in Dumaguete will include more than 2,000 square meters of business process outsourcing (BPO) office space. This was revealed by Filinvest during the recent unveiling of the life-sized market of Marina Town, the first land development of the company in Negros Island Region. The townscape is located across the Dumaguete Bay. About 73% of the total land area of the project is allotted for open areas and commercial establishments, including a hotel and a lifestyle mall with over 2,000-sqm of BPO office space.
