Everise chosen as team of the year for business services
Business process outsourcing firm Everise received two awards at the recent Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2019. The firm took home the Team of the Year for Business Services award and the Executive of the Year award for its founder and chief executive, Sudhir Agarwal. The Team of the Year award recognized the company’s efforts in integrating the company’s offerings into three core solutions: customer experience, product experience, and digital experience.
These solutions have developed an AI-powered employee onboarding assistant and resulted in gamified agent performance analytics, voice bots for core industry verticals, and white-glove video product support. Its move to shift key finance, information, human resources, and quality assurance operations to the Philippines also led the team to create global shared services for IT, QA, and finance in the country, with service delivery expanding in strategic new markets such as Malaysia, Guatemala, and Ireland. Meanwhile, the Executive of the Year award honored Agarwal’s efforts in promoting the “people first” culture through the “We Are Everise” strategy, which prioritizes employee and client welfare while promoting diversity and innovation.
