Filinvest Expands Office Portfolio In Clark
Filinvest Land Inc (FLI) is working to expand its office property assets catering to the BPO industry and other companies in its Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark, Pampanga. The company said construction has started on the new 7Workplus office block and topped out on the 4Workplus building.
The Workplus development is a green-oriented office campus that will house eight mid-rise buildings with a total gross leasable space of 126,000 square meters. It will be fully equipped to accommodate 24/7 BPO, IT and knowledge-based firms, among others.
The green office campus currently houses two fully completed and substantially leased office towers—1Workplus and 2Workplus. Janette Cordero, Filinvest Cyberzone Mimosa Inc first vice-president, said Workplus is a vital component of the Mimosa+ Leisure City township, which also hosts a golf course and the Quest Plus Conference Center. She added that the project brings the company closer to achieving its vision to make the integrated community a year-round business and leisure destination.
