Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Concentrix Corporation was once again recognized as a “Leader” in Gartner’s January 2016 Magic Quadrant for Customer Management Contact Center BPO. It was the seventh consecutive appearance for Concentrix in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. In a press statement, Concentrix president Chris Caldwell Gartner recognizes what his company believes is the excellent work being done on behalf of clients. Concentrix, which has a large delivery footprint in India, the Philippines, Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and South America, currently supports clients from 10 industry sectors. Gartner said leaders demonstrate market-defining vision and the ability to executive against that vision through customer management contact center BPO.
