Global customer experience firm Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has partnered with AI-powered conversational intelligence platform Conversable to enhance HGS’ customer experience offerings. The partnership will utilise artificial intelligence and automation via messaging to improve bots’ ability to successfully manage conversation without the need for human intervention. The new partnership solution is focused on driving business outcomes for clients – growth in sales and revenue, improvements in customer service Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and resolution rates, as well as cost transformation, HGS said. HGS Global CEO Partha DeSarkar said the partnership will transform customer experiences driven by digital innovations and key design principles.
