Nine Philippine cities feature in 2016 Tholons top outsourcing destinations
Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental has joined the 2016 Tholons List of Top Outsourcing Destinations in the world, raising the number of Philippine cities on the list to nine. Dumaguete City (93rd) joins Manila (2nd), Cebu City (7th), Davao City (66th), Sta. Rosa in Laguna (81st), Bacolod (85th), Iloilo (90th), Baguio City (94th), and Metro Clark (97th). Bangalore remains the top outsourcing destination while Manila retained the 2nd spot. Cebu moved from 8th place to 7th, according to a Tholons report released last week. The Top 10 destinations are Bangalore, Manila, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cebu City, Pune, Krakow in Poland, and Dublin in Ireland. All the nine Philippine cities included in Tholons’ list showed improved rankings.
