Florida-headquartered customer service outsourcing firm Results Companies is on a hiring spree as it seeks to employ 1,300 people for temporary work. Results Companies, which bought the former Corporate Call Center of Blue Bell, admits struggling to find quality workers for the medical insurance sign-up season. Results Companies operates 16 call centers in the US, 6 in the Philippines, 2 in Mexico, and 1 in Costa Rica. Results handles enrollment calls and customer service for Amerihealth, Humana, Highmark Blue Cross and other health insurers.
