American global business process outsourcing (BPO) firm TeleTech has been positioned as leader in the Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO) – Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Assessment 2016 by Everest Group. It is the second year that TeleTech, which is one of the pioneer BPO companies in the Philippines, was recognized by Everest Group as leader in the COO PEAK Matrix. TeleTech was positioned as a Leader in the report because of its appreciable revenue and high number of clients, backed by broad scope of services and strong delivery capabilities. Everest Group cited TeleTech as having a strong presence across major geographies, ranking among the top five players in Asia-Pacific. The group also highlighted the continued expansion of TeleTech’s delivery footprint across North America and the Philippines.
