WNS Global named top outsourced contact center in South Africa

Global business process outsourcing (BPO) firm WNS Global Services has been recognised as the Best Large International Outsourced Contact Centre provider in South Africa. It was the second year in a row for WNS Global Services to be recognised as top outsourced contact center in the country. Three WNS Global employees were also recognised as Best Contact Centre Operational Manager, Best Contact Centre Supervisor and Best Client Services Manager for Outsourced Services. WNS has 31,719 professionals across 42 delivery centres worldwide including China, Costa Rica, India, Philippines, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom and the United States.
