WNS hailed as insurance market leader
Global business process management services provider WNS (Holdings) Limited announced that it has been hailed by the Information Services Group (ISG) as a “Market Leader” in insurance in several categories. In ISG’s Buyer Archetype report, WNS was recognized as a “Leader” in the four archetypes representing various buying patterns of enterprise clients in the sourcing world: conventional buyers, bot deployers, digitally progressive buyers, and integrated solutions buyers. It was honored for its automation solutions, bot deployments, and capabilities in data science, cognitive, and AI technologies. WNS was also praised for its strong presence in the life and property and casualty (P&C) insurance value chain and range of digital offerings that cover omni-channel, customer digital applications, broker applications, and self-service portals.
In ISG’s US Quadrant Report, WNS was cited as a “Leader” in both P&C insurance and life and annuity TPA services, and honored as a “Rising Star” in life and annuity digital services for its digital and analytics capabilities, domain proficiency, and other strengths.
