Damosa Land’s New Office Tower Wins Awards
Davao’s Damosa Land Inc, the property unit of the Floirendo group, took home three awards for its Diamond Tower at the Philippines Property Awards 2019. The 15-floor tower received the awards for Best BPO Office Development, Best Office Development and Best Office Architectural Design. The building boasts features that include a green roof deck, solar energy, LED lights and an exterior fin placement on the façade that helps the building’s insulation system.
Ricardo F Lagdameo, Damosa Land first vice president, said the tower is a testament of their commitment to sustainability and transformation of the Davao City skyline. The Damosa Diamond Tower is one of the developer’s new property projects, which also includes the Damosa IT Park, the first development in the city to be accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
