Hybrid office building to rise in Cebu
A hybrid office building with designated spaces for business process outsourcing (BPO) offices will soon rise in Cebu. Latitude is a versatile office building that has a total of 24 floors. It will be the tallest building to be situated in Cebu Business Park. The 8th to 12th floors of the hybrid building are designated spaces for BPO offices. Latitude, a new commercial development of Cebu Landmasters Inc and Borromeo Brothers Estate, is also registered with the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE), a green building rating system which is a Philippine amendment of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.
