Property consultancy firm KMC Savills announced that it is boosting its capabilities with new offerings to stay ahead of competition. The firm is predicted to expand its market share in the business process outsourcing, IT, finance, hospitality, and gaming sectors with the launch of its latest service innovations, including labor and location analytics, property and facilities management, and the use of artificial intelligence-powered K3.
John Corpus, executive director for worldwide occupier services team at KMC Savills, said the company is reinforcing its office advisory services, streamlining project management, and enhancing teams in identified key areas of growth through the new offerings. Aside from service innovations, the company also provides its team members with opportunities to improve their expertise through the latest tools, market knowledge, and global real estate education.
